Leicestershire Police
Wild Rice Films partnered with Leicestershire Police in early 2020 to create a recruitment campaign showcasing the people, opportunities and career pathways within one of the UK’s leading police forces. Combining short-form social content with longer documentary films, the campaign provided an authentic insight into the individuals and roles that make up modern policing.
Completed in early 2020, the project was delivered one day before the first COVID-19 restrictions came into effect across the UK.

We Are You was the flagship film of Leicestershire Police’s recruitment campaign, bringing together the stories of officers, staff and specialist teams from across the force.
